I was tasked with creating the logos and branding for a number of fictional brands for Skate.
As always, I like to start with sketches before getting into actual vectors. The Ivy Road team liked my sketches enough to incorporate them in the final logo suite.
Our goal was to create a logo that felt timeless and elegant, and a step away from the macho bravado of most game studios’ wordmarks.
